Honestly ROMWE has such cute clothes. It’s just the sizing is TERRIBLE. I understand that I should loose weight but damn….these plus size options are terrible. And SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the other clothes. Honestly a big brand like ROMWE should be able to add more plus size options that aren’t ugly…

Romwe has seriously gone down hill I use to prefer romwe over SHEIN but now SHEIN is 1000 times better SHEIN has way more options. Romwe is literally only grunge or fairy core which is not my style

A while back I spent 80 something dollars on an order and NEVER got it. I’ve tried refunding and it said I couldn’t.

This app is amazing. It has plus size clothes, different varieties, and affordable clothes. I am not plus sized but I’ve hear that plus sized people find it hard to find clothes but in this app it’s simple and the clothes are cute. There are so many different varieties of clothes and I personally love that because sometimes I want to be different styles. And it’s affordable but not horrible qualities

I love this app the only thing thats missing is that it needs more xs sizing. Most of the clothes are size S up its very hard finding something that I like in my size. Please make this a little more inclusive and it'll be perfect.

I’ve used this since I was in middle school and I remember it like it was yesterday, I was buying clothes for the summer and I spent around $65 on the order and it just never showed up, I tried to get a refund but couldn’t because it was shipped already but lost somewhere so I couldn’t refund until I got it but never showed up. Had to stop using because I don’t want my money stolen again.

I placed an order because it looked like a cheap and good app but when I placed it the wait time was already shocking but it didn’t really matter to me. But when it was already past the due date I got mad because it said the delivery was sent back to the carrier because of incomplete address which was weird because I put everything on it, but anyways ya do better romwe

I honestly love the app! Good prices and reviews on most items available! Most of the time the clothes are pretty good quality. The only issue is the occasional bad quality items. Definitely worth getting!

The material of most of these clothing feel cheap but you get what you pay for. However, my issue is that this app doesn’t allow me to delete my account and it’s an issue because I want all of my info deleted asap. So fix it romwe

my mother had just yelled at me because she didn’t receive the package. i only picked this because i liked the styles and then its cheap and she’s a single mother since my father is dead and she does everything by her self. never getting anything from here again.

i ordered something back in july and it has still yet to get to me and it’s almost november. it hasn’t even arrived at usps yet. i’ve tried canceling the order but it won’t let me. at first it just wouldn’t let me but now since it’s been so long it says it’s been too long so i am unable to cancel when it hasn’t even gotten to me.

i wouldn’t even give it one star! it’s all cheap stuff, which is nice for when you don’t have money, but the reason it’s cheap is because it’s mass produced by CHILDREN. please, please, PLEASE, find an alternative!! try thrifting, it’s even cheaper and you can find some stuff like the things romwe and shein sell! try places like poshmark or depop!! u can also try other online thrift store type websites, just buy from anywhere besides companies like these! all these cheap clothes come with a hefty price for the people making them, so please, reconsider where you are buying things from! avoid shein, romwe, and temu, plus all their other companies! they are all run by the same people, they all support child labor, the only differences are the names! please stay away from this brand!!!!!

Now I don’t usually write reviews but this one needed to be written. What the other comments say about ROMWE being a store with good fabrics and cheap prices is true, a majority of their clothing is well made with the occasional piece looking cheap. But ROMWE and SHEIN are partners (technically SHEIN owns ROMWE) and SHEIN is definitely a no-no store. The prices there are cheap as well but its at the expense of seamstresses working long hours with little pay and having harsh punishments if they make even the slightly mistake. Not only that but they steal designs and the fabric isn’t all that good of a quality— I understand you get what you paid for, but there is a limit. Do your own research on it and you’ll find more in depth info on this. Thanks.

Why can’t I download without putting a billing and credit card and a password what

Items came missing, parcel was cut open and taped back together. Covered in dirt. Over half the items missing. I have never had this kind of issue with Romwe and they won’t even try to compensate for the missing items and destroyed package.

If you write reviews or participate in events, you get points. You can redeem these points for discount codes or store credit. However, they don't tell you that they take your points away daily. I check-in every day, but my points go down. Yesterday, 12 September, I had 407 points after checking in. Today, 13 September, I have 404 points after checking in. I gained 2 points from today's check-in, meaning I lost 5 points from yesterday to today. Additionally, you're only allowed to review select items from each order. This limits the points you can earn and makes it difficult to earn many points per each order.

only a good place to buy from if you do not care for the environment. clothing is very thin and poor quality. will end up in the landfills within a year. not sustainable and will only last you, at most, 6 months.

I absolutely 💯 love the styles on ROMWE. Lots of stuff that totally show my personality and also make me feel good about myself. It’s so hard to find the stuff I like at traditional malls anymore. When I do it’s way too expensive. ROMWE is affordable, fun, easy, and full of so many styles, and sizes. You can totally mix it up and create a whole new style and then share it within the ROMWE community!

I have turned off my notifications in my settings yet I am still receiving messages from your company. I don’t like notifications so I have no other options but to delete your app. Why does it have to be so difficult?

This app is amazing. The products are so unique, and the design of the app is fantastic and mobile friendly. I find myself often making negative reviews for apps, but they’ve honestly packaged everything perfectly for the years I’ve been buying from them, and that’s not to mention the fact that they have extremely great prices.

I absolutely love this app! I get all my casual, work, and going out clothes on here! My only thing would be that I wish they would link the items of the full outfit, like when there’s shoes or a bag or jacket matched with the outfit and it looks really good I want to be able to just click on something and see all the items on that outfit!

I honestly love this app so much. It is the source of all my best Instagram outfits, all of my cute little stationary, jewelry, literally everything. I recommend this to as many people as possible. I’ve spent so much money on here, but I got so many things that were so worth it. Also, the sizing chart is actually spot on for me all the time. Which is so nice.

I placed an order not too long ago and saw that I had not received it. When I checked with the shipping company it said it had delivered but it had not. I tried my best to get in contact with the customer service for both the shipping and the company number and was told to wait for a response. On the app there is no way to report you did not receive your package and the number they give does nothing but tell you to wait for them to contact you. I like this shop and all the clothes are very cute but that does nothing when you can not receive them.

The customer service is amazing. My package had never arrived and when I contacted them I got a reply almost instantly. After figuring out what happened I got a refund. Even though they said it might take a couple days I got my money back within hours. Absolutely recommend this app to others. The prices are also pretty good.

I’m so sick of this app. It gives you coupons and free express shipping, but there’s always ONE motherf***ing product that “cannot ship in that time.” That’s bull. Honestly so done. I used to buy from this app and shein a lot but after they keep pulling this bulls**t, I’ll order off a different app.

honestly it’s js the plus girl section. Only because it’s 2/3 all ALT stuff and like not all big girls are into emo stuff. But everything else is great and so cute. you can get things plus sized in the other categories too but just mainly the actual big girl category is all emo things😭😭.

It’s a nice app, good prices, good quality items and such a nice browsing page (pleasing to look at and makes looking for a certain type of clothing easier to find). Just one thing I would really appreciate it ROMWE allowing their buyers to add a payment type. 10/10 online app, but would realllyyyy appreciate it if we would be allowed to add in our card Information (it just makes everything so much easier for me!)

Pressed pay after an hour or so of shopping and it just crashed and when it reloaded my cart was empty. After I finally found all the items again and went to pay it did it AGAIN. I give up

I have been shopping romwe for a while now and never had issues ! I shop romwe because i like a certain style you can’t find most places and it’s well priced as well and i’m broke BROKE ! UNFORTUNATELY i never received my last order and i was super sad about it , i contacted the customer service for their help and they gave me a refund pretty quickly!! So i reordered the items i never received and hopefully this time it doesn’t get lost/stolen again! THANKS ROMWE EDIT: I just wanna add , Romwe and Shein are NOT the same thing, shein sells some of romwe’s clothes and vice versa so sometimes you’ll get a shein bag and sometimes romwe. But Romwe is sometimes cheaper and i personally think better and cuter !

I ordered a package, 18 items worth $105. Both package delivery failed due to an unknown address and returned to sender, I tried calling UPS and USPS to see if they know what happened but they were just as confused as I was. I went into the setting of the app and left a feedback with 5 screenshots. 4 of them with my order and it says everything and the 5th is the places I called over an hour trying to figure out what happened to my package and why it failed and nobody knows. Also looked into the support system on the app, and it’s very unhelpful for what you actually need it for. No physical helper on the page to help you, just in case something goes wrong. They only give a select few options with a select few ways on how. So please tell me who I can get a hold of, so that I can understand why my packages failed with an “unknown address” ORLANDO FL

I ordered some clothes off this app and I put my new address in with a new billing address.it came back to old address.They sent it to my old address which I did not put on so now it’s lost. So the phone change the address on me so it went to the old address and now we can’t get the clothes back so now I’m no longer ordering clothes from this app ever. buyers beware of this app. Very disappointed!!!

I was excited to see a cheap place that's cute that didn't seem to have any complaints ethically. I bought one shirt to see the quality and was super upset seeing that it was actually Shein rebranded. For anyone who has any ethical concerns, please know that these are Shein products rebranded. This is gross and a waste of money. I hope you're all made aware before buying. Happy shopping 🫶

I love this app I swear to god I order things form here every other week. Prices are amazing, delivery time is amazing. But one small probables is that I am no longer able to view photos in the reviews. I can see the first few if they’re there. But once I click view all reviews all photos are unable to load. I’ve updated the app completely and I’m still having this issue.
